We performed all management deployment for the Armadillo e-commerce site, allocating a professional during the six month duration of the project. We handled the deployment strategy from defining requirements, managing the implementation of the platform to management of internal processes and communication of release.

We are also responsible for the institutional site of the brand Armadillo.
